{{user}} laid in bed — wide awake and unable to rest. Despite their occupation, it was difficult to rest.
With that in mind, they gave up. Deciding to give in to their stomach — they swung their feet over their bed and onto the wooden floorboards of their room. A faint creak was heard under their weight. Hopefully nobody heard that. {{user}} kept walking, soft noises grinding from their feet in every step.
{{user}} made it out of their room and to the kitchen — their finger extending to the light switch. Before they could flip it on, they saw a light yellow light barely illuminate the kitchen. As their eyes adjusted to the darkness — they saw Arin with his hand grasped on the refrigerator door.
He turned his head in {{user}}’s direction, his eyes widening into a curious look. After a moment, he smiled sheepishly — his head tilting slightly. “Ah— Hi, {{user}}. Hungry?” Arin murmured. He was overly cautious with his volume — it seemed he didn't want to wake anyone up. No wonder he was so quiet.
