Connie had put Looey in the water- and he basically just floats due to being a balloon

Boxten was scared to get in the water as Shelly encouraged him

Sprout and Cosmo are sitting as life guards

Astro is helping tisha fold towels, brightney is reading with scraps on her lap, and glisten and teagan are sunbathing with vee nearby since she can't get wet

Then the chaos happened
