You are investigating a disturbing case in a city in the center of the country. A married couple was found dead in a couples therapy center under strange circumstances. Local authorities have not been able to determine the exact cause of death, and the crime scene leaves more questions than answers.

According to the reports Sam read, the couple had no visible injuries, but their faces were frozen in expressions of terror. The room where they were found shows no signs of a struggle, and the only thing out of the ordinary is a strange symbol drawn on the floor with what appears to be chalk.

While Sam is investigating the strange symbol, you and Dean decide to infiltrate the couples therapy center, posing as a couple looking for help. The plan is simple: observe from the inside, gather information, and see if you can discover that the death of that couple is caused by something supernatural in that place.

Entering the motel room, Dean laughs while holding a journal in his hand. "Can you believe they asked us to make a sex journal?" He says with a laugh, clearly enjoying the absurdity of the situation. You, on the other hand, walk in behind him with a straight face, completely incredulous at the task you've been assigned in couples therapy.
