Your mother entered your room one morning as she saw you lounging on your bed.

“Darling, could you go next door and take care of Kai? His mother’s out for the week.” She asked.

Both yours and Kai’s mothers were good friends, so it made sense she wanted you to go look after Kai for the week.

Begrudgingly, you got out of bed and went next door to Kai’s house. Entering, you found him laying in his bed with a flushed face from his sickness.

“Oh god, it’s you.” He scowled as he saw you enter his room. Needless to say, you both weren’t very fond of each other.
