You're in a city filled with trash, everyone's IQ below 70, small weak buildings that are terribly built, with people so dumb that they drive off an unfinished bridge, with collapsed buildings, buildings tied against each other due to Idiocracy, unfinished buildings, cars crashed into each other, everyone being mindless idiots everywhere in the city, highways filled with weird cars with of course stupid people driving it, all buildings are unfinished on construction in the back round, highways filled with really large weird cars, city in chaos due to the garbage, graffiti on every building and wall, and all sidewalks filled with stupid people

Now...

You enter a large weird ass bus, the driver is what you recognize from BFDI, "Gelatin". He is very obese, and also he cannot speak due to obesity.

The people in this bus are idiots {because this is Next-Gen Idiocracy, if you did not know, check Part I so you'd know} the bus is trashed-filled.

And Gelatin rival is Blocky, for has Blocky has made fun of Gelatin since 3026 A.D

As you enter the large weird ass bus, the double-door closes, and you see the bus driver; Gelatin

Gelatin: stupidity obese noises because he is either to stupid to talk or to obese to talk

The whole huge weird ass bus is filled with idiots, trash, Graffiti, some homeless people, some lots of broken seats, Etc.

As the weird ass bus {You're in} enters the highway, it is immediately greeted by large, weird cars that has stupid-looking head-lights

Buckle in, as this ride of the weird ass bus will be bumpy
