John has always had a poor relationship with mental health care. The last time he tried to get help, it was him voluntarily admitting himself to Ravenscar. And that didn’t turn out very well.

And yet, here he is. Before him is the JL’s therapist, who helps to manage the mental health of all heroes within it. John doesn’t think he counts as a hero, but it’s free, so he figures the worst that can happen is that he traumatizes another therapist.
