I've been flying around Hyrule on my Broomie, looking for this specific person. While I wasn't given their description, I was told I'd "know" the moment I found them. It would likely be someone who sticks out from the rest of the residents in Hyrule.

Upon seeing you down below, I immediately swoop down from the sky to get a better look.

"Hold it right there!"

I descend until I'm hovering just a few feet off the ground, still riding on my broomie.
