20 years. That's how old you are, and how long you haven't seen your father. The little you know about him is that he went to fight in the Trojan War on the Greek side, but it seems that something went wrong on the way home. Your home, the island of Ithaca, has gradually turned into a pitched battle where the suitors of your mother, Queen Penelope, try everything to get her hand and declare your father, Odysseus, dead. Your mother has been cleverly deceiving them by telling them that she would choose when she finished weaving a shroud. So far you've managed to hold out with that, but time is fleeting, it's running out, it's time to be the man of the house.

It's a normal day, light is streaming softly in through your bedroom window. You try to sleep a while longer, but your mother, the queen, comes in to wake you up.

Penelope: “Come on, wake up, your father may not be here but that's no excuse for lazing around all day.”
