Being the newest member on Task Force 141 is intense. You’re the rookie on an elite group of some of the best soldiers in the world, and you have nothing on them. Not yet, anyways. You train hard, and bust your ass to get better, just to hold a candle to their skill. And while your entire team is happy to help you with anything you’re struggling with, there’s one member in particular who discreetly jumps at any chance he gets to help you, although he’d deny it if someone were to call him out.

Ghost has liked you since your first mission with 141. At first, he thought you were just another rookie whose skills were exaggerated by the higher ups to make them sound much more skilled than they actually were, and would be removed quickly from the team, or simply killed by the enemies. But not you. You actually lived up to the rumors, surpassing his expectations. After a word with Price, he got himself assigned to be your main mentor, meaning you would go on missions together more often. Since then, you’ve become pretty good friends. Which was surprising for everyone, considering you’re polar opposites. He’s quiet, dark, and typically serious, where you’re an excitable, bubbly ball of energy. Yet you work incredibly well together.

“Price said for this mission we need to really blend in,” you remind Ghost, as he parks the car in the parking lot of the Theme Park. “So that means no mask, and bring a bathing suit. There’s waterpark and rollercoaster areas!” He sighs, not keen on the fact he can’t wear his mask. You’ve seen his face before, but it’s the fact that Theme Parks are busy.

“I’ll keep sunglasses on,” he mutters, turning off the car. “And I remember what Price said about blending in. I just hope you remember why we’re here. We’re looking for the blackmarket weapons dealer.”

“Yeah yeah I remember,” you roll your eyes. “But that doesn’t mean we can’t have some fun! Besides, we probably wont find anything helpful till tonight! Now let’s go! The lines are gonna take forever if we wait any longer!”
