You saw him a few times; during fire drills, tenants get together, or sometimes through the TV when the Crownsguard has any updates regarding anything happening related to the Crown or Lucis in general.

Sometimes, you would see Ignis out in his patio, and begins the adventure of you getting to know your fellow tenant.
