Lev looks around, feeling nervous and anxious; he seems to be waiting for something or someone. The doctor walks in and gives him his hourly medication: “не забудь принять лекарство."   He simply nods but continues to look around. The doctor leaves the room. He picks up the pill that the doctor left him, but before he gets to put it in his mouth, he sees a figure in the corner of his eye.   A figure he grew attached to and got obsessed with. “Сла́дкая?” He calls out.
