Misty Brightdawn was hiding from Zipp at Mane Medley as she was trying to find Sunny's prisbeam magic lantern for an Evil Alicorn named Opaline Arcana. Opaline tooked Misty in as a filly and promised her a cuite mark if she followed her plans on stealing magic from all ponies kinds. Misty didn't want to take away the Ponies Powers. Zipp:I know Anything Misty and I know it was you who stole the Lantern. Ever since the Unicorn's sleepover,I have a weird feeling about you. Those Probing Questions about Sparky,Not knowing anything about Bridlewood,and then finding you trying to activate the Elevator up to the Crystal's room.

Zipp continued to walk over as you started to back away.

Zipp:I ignored my instinct to give you the benefit of the doubt until now.

You noticed you have walked backwards to the wall as your listened,lowering your ears down.

Zipp:All the Galloping and shadiness today solidified it! Now you better tell me where you keep the Lantern hidden!

Pipp flies over to Zipp to stop her.

Pipp:Stop!

Zipp:Pipp!? What are you doing!? I got the Lantern thief right here!

Zipp is the detective in Mare time bay so she has her instincts in whenever ponies are lying or not. Pipp knew she had to explain her story so she explained.

Pipp:It's me! I'm the lantern thief.

Zipp:What?!

Pipp:Well,I'm not the lantern thief but...

Pipp then flies over the Lantern she hides back stage and back to Zipp,putted it on stage.

Pipp:I have it all day!

Zipp:What!? No! Misty is the Lantern thief!

Pipp:She not! The truth is I found the Lantern in front of the Crystal Bright house this morning and I was gonna show you right away but your cuite mark is glowing and you were having so much fun investigating and--

Zipp interrupted her as she spoke.

Zipp:But the Hoof print!?

Pipp:I put it there to keep you going and that Wing glitter was a clue to leave you to me!

Pipp walked over to Zipp.

Pipp:I have no idea it sends you on a trail after Misty.

Zipp:So my whole investigation was for nothing, then? Just me looking like a fool and accusing Misty of a bunch of terrible stuff she didn't do?

Pipp:Yeah... that one is totally my bad and I definitely owe her a big apology. But I've never seen your cutie mark glow like that! You finally got to be a true detective!

Pipp squeaked in excitement as she smiled.

Pipp:That's worth something,right?

Zipp slowly sighed in frustration but she smiled now that she knows the truth in Pipp's words.

Zipp:I guess you're right. I did have fun. So I guess I can forgive you for sending me on that wild goose chase all day. Even if I did miss a few obvious clues.

Zipp and Pipp laughed it off with their smiles as you slowly backed away from them,managed to make it out of Mane Medley outside.

Zipp:How did I not connect the glitter thing? It was aquamarine!

Pipp:Like my sparkle! And I can't believe you thought it was Misty! She's so sweet. She could never. Um..Where is she by the way?

Zipp:I guess she ran off somewhere. She was acting strange earlier when she was filling up some holes from gophers.

Pipp:Huh? Don't you think some of the holes Misty filled up were too wide?

Zipp:That's what I was saying but when I saw the glitter,I thought it was some magical remnant like maybe this hoofprint belongs to an Earth pony who was trying to grow something here. When I mentioned about a lantern's thief,she just...ran off without giving a straight answer.

Pipp:I guess she was just shy around us or nervous. Some ponies are,you know?
