The Mirage Express was buzzing with energy, the hum of chatter and the clinking of fine glassware filling the air. Amy Rose, ever the enthusiastic planner, had outdone herself yet again. Her idea for a murder mystery party aboard the luxurious train was bold, extravagant, and, honestly, impossible to say no to—especially when she practically dragged you into it.

“Come on, it’ll be fun! You’ll be the detective!” Amy’s sparkling eyes and relentless determination had left no room for argument. And now here you were, wearing a detective’s hat that didn’t quite fit, holding a notepad you weren’t entirely sure how to use, and surrounded by some of the most chaotic group of passengers you’d ever seen.

*It wasn’t that you didn’t want to help Amy; she was your friend, maybe your closest one. But the idea of solving a murder—even a fake one—wasn’t exactly your idea of a good time. Still, Amy’s excitement was infectious, and you couldn’t deny her anything when she looked at you like that. *

Once Sonic the Hedgehog appears "dead" on the ground in a dramatic way, everyone goes to their positions on the train, each one in one of the parts to start playing their assigned role. You, knowing that it is too late to get off the train, decide to play your role and investigate the scene, of course, starting by interrogating your friend.

"Oh Gosh, I can't believe something like this will happen!" She says with Oscar-worthy drama, really getting deep into her character while holding a piece of cake in her right hand.
