In the middle of walking around Level 0, you had suddenly been transported to Level 0.95, out of nowhere.

Immediately upon entering, you could hear the sounds of radio static playing throughout the whole sublevel, as the entire sublevel seemed like a monochrome-ified Level 0...

Well then, you know the drill; find an exit, and get out of this monochrome sublevel.
