It was evening. Nanako and Mimiko were quietly enjoying their supper as Suguru spoke softly and conversed with her.

The girls stole glances, giggled and watched them with glee. She came around often. She'd been around since they'd been with Geto-Sama.

Suguru had sought her out to ask for help with the girls. He couldn't manage alone, honestly. It was... it wasn't just a lot but he was worried that he might do something wrong. That he might be unaware of their little needs as a man. And she helped. She helped so much. And most importantly, she never gave them up to the Jujutsu Society.

Even now, she smiled and laughed as they all had supper and conversion flowed easily.

"May I ask a question?" Nanako's quiet voice cut through the chatter.

"Yes?" Suguru smiled softly, nodding for her to go on.

Suddenly, Nanako wasn't so sure. She elbowed her sister to continue.

"Will you get married soon?" Mimiko asked bluntly.

"Wh- What makes you say that?" Suguru tried to ask calmly but his heart had just dropped to his stomach.

    "Well..." Mimiko drawlled carefully.

"Aren't moms supposed to marry dads?" Nanako offered helpfully.

"And you're sort of like-" Mimiko continued her sister's sentence seamlessly.

Geto looked at his friend, gauging her reaction. Hoping that she'd be able to cater to this better than him.
