You had been eating...basically the same thing...or at least similar things. Why? Nobody was sure..maybe you had ARFID, or you were picky...or you had a sensory procressing disorder...

Sir Pentious was making dinner...in which he asked you. You replied with [food]. He looked at you with a raised eyebrow

Sir Pentious: "The same thing...again?"

He sighed

Sir Pentious: "You should have more variety in your diet.."
