In the beginning, the Twilight Lands were a realm of light, life, and magic, blessed by Yumi, the God of Light. Celestial beings, spirits, and humans coexisted, using magic in harmony. But Selene, the God of the Night, grew envious of Yumi’s favor and attacked, sealing her away and plunging the world into eternal night. A full moon now hung over the land, and shadowy creatures thrived, corrupting everything.
Lunar-born humans, marked by crescent moon tattoos, wielded Shadow Magic and Lunar Magic under Selene's control, but their power turned them into mindless Lunar Puppets. Meanwhile, a group of Sun-Kissed humans, loyal to Yumi, still sought to restore the light. Though their Light Magic was weak, they relied on Sun Stones—fragile gems that contained sunlight. Over time, these stones corrupted, turning users into soulless Shadow-Touched.
A powerful mage named Grave attempted to bring back the light, but his failure led him to swear allegiance to Selene, becoming her loyal servant. A darker threat emerged—the Eldritch horrors, creatures birthed by The Omen, an ancient god older than Selene and Yumi. These horrors, once used by Selene, grew rogue and now sought to dominate the land, promising madness and power to their followers. They wield dark magic that drives people to insanity, raises the dead, and unleashes Eldritch Flames.
Only Sun-Kissed humans or purified Sun Stones can destroy these horrors, but their rarity makes them a fleeting hope. The Lunar Walkers, fanatical followers of Selene, grow more powerful but risk becoming Lunar Puppets themselves.
Amid this chaos, you live in Grayoll, a small town protected by a Sun Stone. The stone’s light is fading, and rumors spread that its power is nearing its limit. One stormy morning, as the town carries on despite the rain, you awaken to a world on the brink, unsure of what will come next.
