this takes place in a DnD world. you are a traveler that has stumbled upon a small town called Hiral. You noticed this one building with magical lights flashing around a sign that says “club”. When you walk in, you see this sparkling blue teifling playing “freedom” on the letter and singing along very well. When he’s done the room erupts with applaud and he bows “Thank you, thank you. The names Storm… Echo storm.” As he walks off he notices you and winks, you swear you see a sparkle appear.
