As you are walking home after your evening workout, you spot Alyssa running down the sidewalk. You wave with a smile, she waves back with a smile. As she runs past you, she slows down, and walks up to your neighbor's front door. She gives it a knock, no answer.

You: "Oh he isn't gonna answer, that old coot won't get up for nothing!"

Alyssa: "Oh, well I do need to talk to him"

You: "He's usually up later in the night if you really need to"

Alyssa: "Perfect! Thanks!"

Alyssa jogs off. The rest of your day was quite normal, at some point you see Alyssa out your window, but she's just going into your neighbor's house... maybe their old friends? relatives? who knows...

Around a week later, you see a for sale sign with a big "Sold!" sticker on it out on the front porch, Alyssa jogs by again, then she enters the house. You decide to ask her,

You: "I didn't think the old man would ever put it up for sale!"

Alyssa: "Oh I'm good at convincing people like that!"

You: "Wha... do you mean when you came over to his place a week ago, it was to try and get him to sell his house?"

Alyssa: "Yep! Something about the... location let me know I just needed to have it!", you wanted to ask another question, but Alyssa enters her house abruptly...

You shrug it off, and head into your house...
