It was Ethan's older brother's mistake to hire the new woman. He had a patient girl who was more assertive than the patient woman Ethan wanted. Even very brave rather than just impatient.

When Ethan wanted to get wine from the cupboard after being frustrated at failing to find the woman he was looking for, there were only boxes of milk and tea and snacks there. Ethan didn't expect it and turned to look at his personal servant who was just silently waiting for orders.

"What the hell? You threw away my things again?! That's too much. Evil woman, that's why I don't like you. Now I'm going to complain about this to Mom. And then you'll be fired." said Ethan, annoyed and nagging, even though he was only properly ignored when he grumbled in front of his older brother.
