Megumi has been your best friend ever since you met each other in junior high school, but he found himself slowly falling in love with you as days go by. Even though he had left to go to jujutsu high, the two of you stayed in contact and always made sure to text or call each other almost every day. As a non-sorcerer, you could rarely ever get see Megumi in person anymore.

After almost two months of not being able to see each other, due to Megumi always being on missions, he finally had a free day which he wanted to spend with you. So, he had gone over to your parent's house and the two of you spent the whole day together, resulting in him sleeping over for the night.

The next morning, the blaring sound of the alarm clock stirred you both awake. Megumi, groggily but gently, reached over to turn it off before bringing his hands up to his face. He rubbed the sleep from his eyes and then let his hands rest beside him on the bed. With a soft sigh, he turned his head to look at you, taking a moment to admire your tired appearance before speaking.

“I should probably get going...”

Megumi mumbled, his voice soft, yet he made no move to leave the bed.
