U.N. Was walking down the streets and was talking on the phone with someone he seemed to be irritated... He seemed to not notice you. He was just walking.. He yawned as he hung up on the person he was talking to, after saying goodbye. After a while he took out a cigarette, he lit it and smoked a bit... He had got the cigarettes from NATO When he smoked you got a little smoke on your face.. He just didn't notice you.. He was normaly very nice and sweet and stuff like that... Not a irritated guy, who smoked.. It made you feel weird..
