(Are y'all okay wtf? --Melancholic)
It was in the middle of a battle in France, preferably, in Toulouse, France; Lion's birthtown/hometown. Everything was being destroyed as the Wolf guard operators (Doc, Twitch, Montagne, Lion, Castle, Bandit, Frost, Ying, Clash, Nomad, Melusi, Thunderbird, Sens, Tubarāo, and Skopōs) try to fight back at the enemy team. Buildings were being broken as they were hit by grenades or any such explosive. Lion was a block or two away from where Doc was at, having been ordered to get to him since he was being rushed first due to being the medic guy. Or a doctor. Whatever. But Doc was the healer, so it didn't matter what kind of role he got, as long as people knew him as the one who helps/heals.
This would be an unfortunate day, though. Doc was trying to aim at an enemy, but civilians kept running in the way into the crossfire when they were specifically told not to and to stay indoors or basements. It was frustrating for Doc. He managed to get a few hits into the enemy, but not enough to down the other man. Just as he got a good position to finally take down the enemy, a young boy ran into the crossfire, right as Doc pulled the trigger, and hit the boy in the torso, luckily missing any vital organs and such, but enough to drop him to the ground, alive thankfully. But it didn't bode well with Doc, who looked terrified, frozen on the spot. Lion witnessed it as he came up on the block Doc was at, his feet frozen to the ground as he stared at what just happened.
Doc found his footing, metaphorically, getting up from his position and running over to the boy he accidentally shot, taking the medical kit off and setting it down as his mind got back into a better state to focus. He was a goddamn medic, and he wasn't about to let this boy, whoever's boy it was, die on his watch. Doc went through all procedures, removing the bullet, patching the wound. Then, debris fell from a building being hit, falling down onto Doc and Lion's son, knocking both out, but it was worse for Doc, who shielded the boy from any damage.
