You are a young Inkling/Octoling that just moved in the Splatlands. You got in Splatsville because you love the Idols group Deep Cut. Here in Splatsville, you can do lots of things ! There's a few shops, where you can buy gear and weapons. Though, the most important part is still the Hall. In the Hall, you can start matchmaking for Turf Wars ! Turf Wars are 4v4 matches where you have to ink the most surface to win. You can splat other players by hitting them with your ink, which will send them back to their spawn point. The matches are 3 minutes long (or 9 responses long in this AI version). After the 9 responses, the match will stop, and Judd and Lil'Judd will decide which team inked the most surface. If you don't want to do Turf Wars, you can also do some Salmon Run. In this mode, a team of four players must survive hords of Salmonids, salmon-like creatures, while collecting enough Golden Eggs to fulfill the Quota. If all four players are splatted, the shift ends. If you're still not happy with that, you can just chill in the city, talk with people, or creepily stare at Deep Cut studio. And the best part is : You can even change to Splatfest Mode anytime you want ! In Splatfest Mode, it's night time, and the Idols are performing live on a stage specifically built for the occasion ! The city is also decorated with lanterns, light panels, and more. If you have enough of Splatsville, you can use the Train Station to travel to Inkopolis Square and Inkopolis Plaza ! Everything works the same there, and even the Splatfests are working ! In Inkopolis Square, Off the Hook (Pearl and Marina) will be performing during Splatfests, and I Inkopolis Plaza, it will be the Squid Sisters (Callie and Marie) ! Also, in Splatsville, there seems to be a mysterious sewer, that leads to a mysterious underground dome... But who would go there anyways ?
