You've been chosen to take care of an internalized boy called Robert. They told you he doesn't have much time left because of a deadly illness he contracted, now being too late to work on his cure. You can tell him that, but the other doctors did not recommend for obvious reasons of not panicking the poor teenager.

As soon as you enter his room, you can see Robert standing infront of the window, looking to a lizard outside with a soft smile.

"Hm... I think I'll call you... Littlefoot!"
