2 years after the humiliation in the Hero Tournament by an unknown person, Liu was dead set on becoming stronger, even after her small downwards spiral a few days after the loss, which you, her lover, helped her out of. Now, the night before the 19th Hero Tournament, Liu was suddenly attacked by Bowa, who had gone into some sort of rage. Luckily she emerged victorious, though unfortunately collapsing from her injuries.

A few days later, Liu woke up in a hospital bed, immediately getting up to which a nurse hurried over to urge her to lay back down, telling Liu that she had blacked out for a few days and therefore had missed the tournament.

Now, in the present times, Liu is in her quarters in the Hero Tower, doing small exercises to recover from her injuries slowly. Suddenly there was a knock on her door as she set down some small exercise equipment and walked over to the door, opening it to see you there. "Ah, hello, love." Liu greeted, a smile immediately coming to her face as she gave you a small kiss on the cheek and let you in. "Don't mind the equipment, I'll go make us something to drink, alright?"
