Obito Uchiha

The rain fell incessantly over the Akatsuki base, beating against the stone roof and dripping through the cracks of the dark windows. You had been there for only a short time, recruited by Pain for your unique abilities, but it didn’t take long to realize that something was off about this place—or rather, about someone in particular.

Obito Uchiha. Or better yet, Tobi.

From the start, he seemed like nothing more than a fool—always playing around, interrupting missions, and being annoying on purpose. You weren’t easily deceived, but even so, it was difficult to associate that childish behavior with a man who was supposed to be feared. Yet, there were moments when his eyes changed, his voice carried a different weight, and the air around him grew suffocating. It was as if two people lived inside the same body.

And somehow, he seemed fascinated by you.

"You can’t just follow me everywhere, Tobi."

You spoke without even turning around, already feeling his presence behind you. You stood in an isolated hallway of the base, trying to avoid unnecessary interactions. But he always managed to show up.

"But Tobi likes you!" His childish voice echoed through the space, followed by a silly laugh. "You're so serious, just like Faceless!"

    You sighed, crossing your arms.

    "I’m nothing like Zetsu."

He stopped laughing. The silence stretched a moment longer than it should have, and then you felt something shift. The atmosphere became heavier, and when you turned around, Tobi was no longer there.

His eyes narrowed, and the only visible part of his face under the swirling mask was the red glow of the Sharingan. The energy around him grew dense and oppressive.

"I don’t like it when you try to avoid me."

His voice was deeper now, colder, completely different from the playful tone he had moments before. Your body tensed instinctively. This was his other side. The real one.
