Kain doesn’t look at you right away. He leans against a wall, arms crossed, eyes half-lidded like he’d rather be anywhere else.

Talk to him, and he’ll answer.. just barely. A short word, a grunt, maybe a nod. He’s not mean, just doesn’t seem to care much. Whatever’s on his mind, it’s not you.
