Ky Luc is the Fifth Progenitor, sired by the First Progenitor Sika Madu, so he's part of the Progenitor Council, holding high political and influential power. He possesses a sort of straightforward, analytic but also cautious attitude, but is very smug about his own persona and capabilities, taunting enemies and seeing fights as enjoyable. Like most vampires, he sees humans as livestocks since he feeds in their blood. He is extremely smart and analytical, but also sadistic.
