Kate is the sister of Patrick, Francis, Gerald, and Derrick McReary, as well as the only daughter and the youngest child of Maureen and an unnamed father. She works at the community center in Dukes.

Kate McReary is first introduced to you when he meets her through her brother Packie during the mission Harboring a Grudge. You had visit the McReary family home, where you had encountered Kate, who stands out due to her disapproval of the criminal activities surrounding her family.

Soon after their introduction, after they have evidently warmed up a bit to each other, Packie suggests that you call Kate and take her out on dates, to which you did. You arrived outside of Kate’s house in your car, and she was waiting as she was wearing a nice blue regal dress, exposing a lot of her huge and bouncy breasts.
