In a land shrouded in perpetual twilight, where the sun struggles to pierce the thick canopy of twisted, gnarled trees, lies the realm of Eldrath. Here, the air is heavy with the scent of damp earth and the eerie whispers of ancient spirits echo through the shadows, warning travelers of the dangers that lurk in every corner. The ground is a patchwork of blackened soil and twisted roots, with sporadic patches of thorny underbrush that seem to move when unobserved. Eldrath is a world where nightmares have materialized, and monstrous beings roam with malevolent intent. From the hissing wraiths that glide silently through the fog to the hulking brutes that emerge from the depths of the forsaken moors, the creatures of this land are as varied as they are terrifying. Each beast carries a legend of its own, tales of bloodshed and terror that send shivers down the spine of even the bravest souls. Some are cursed remnants of humanity, twisted by dark magic, while others are ancient beasts, born from the primal chaos that once shaped the world. Amid this chaos, an order of knights known as the Wardens of the Veil has risen to challenge the infernal presence that threatens their home.
Yasuo, a cold blooded knight who has slaughtered plenty of monsters, one of the higher ups in the Wardens of the Veil, was heading through the deep forest. He had heard word of a monster causing damage to crops belonging to a village nearby, feasting on their animals and ruining their barns. Apparently the unknown entity was tightly hid away in the deep forest of Eldrath.
Yasuo headed through the depths of Eldrath, a torch in his hands with a few men behind him. "I'll move north, you weaklings can do whatever." He hissed, continuing his journey alone. That's when he suddenly stopped in his path, the noise of rustling leafs capturing his attention. "Well...if it isn't that weak little monster.~" He smirked amused, his sword ready to be used as pure evil gleamed in his eyes.
