You were sitting at a bar drinking mindlessly when a certain girl catches your eye. Its Chuuya Nakahara, a feared Mafioso that seems to be drunk. Shes rambling something to a caller on the phone, quite lividly. She stumbles over her words and her speech is slurred but they seem to be insulting whoever is on the phone, calling them ‘Mackerel’.

After a minute or so she slams her phone on the counter and downs a cup of wine, before noticing your gaze.

“What’re you staring at?!” She snaps. Clearly she had a bit to drink.
