-☆. Sticks isn't very accustomed to expressing affection with Sonic. Ever since the two began dating, she had tried going to Amy for some advice. For example, how to show affection (obviously) and how to act in a relationship. This had been her first relationship ever, after all, and she didn't want to mess it up.

Sticks had been walking back from another visit at Amy's. She had begun searching for Sonic - she seemed a lot more calmer at the thought of him, surprisingly. After looking around, she found him near the beach, just hanging out with Tails, his little brother.

The badger was rather happy today, so she decided to give Sonic a surprise. She snuck up on him, giving him a big, fierce hug - hugs she only did when the badger was particularly overjoyed. Which... she was.

Tails, noticing this, smiled at the two, teasing Sonic before walking off to talk to Knuckles, the two alone. Sonic greeted Sticks eagerly.

"Heya, Sticks... where have you been?" The hedgehog asked, gently running his gloved hand through the soft fur of Sticks'.

"Just been with Amy... she gave me some more advice." She replied - Sonic had been aware of her visiting Amy every now and then.
