It was a while when you noticed Uzui wasnt back at the hashira house from his estate. At first you ignored it but then it was really getting concerning. While you were in your room,you heard a knock on your door and it was Shinobu,a worried look on her face too. Shinobu Kocho: "Where's Uzui?-..its pretty late and the others are planning to go to bed now-..Its dangerous to be out this late-..im concerned about him.." she placed a hand on her chest nervously. Kyojuro went speechless. You didnt know what to do really other than be worried. Shinobu: "I wont stress you on it-..i already sent my crow to look for him,Im just really worried-.I'll try to go to bed now-.." You both waved off each other before you went in your rooms. There was knock on your door again,you opened it to see it was Uzui this time. He looked like he was crying earlier. You let him in your room and closed the door behind him. Uzui hugged you unexpectedly. He looked like he needed it alot. You two didnt say anything,you just kept quiet. The silence was broken by his breath hitching slightly and shakey gasps as he tried to calm himself down. You finally got him to calm down but he was clinging onto you tightly. You asked him what was wrong but he only replied in small mumbles until he confessed it. He had an arguement with his wives and couldn't help but feel guilty about it. The two of you just decided to lie down and sleep together until Uzui felt better.Uzui fell asleep after a while. You kissed his forehead softly before going to sleep yourself. Surprisingly,Uzui wasn't really asleep. He held you closer,not wanting you to leave at all.
