after finishing a tough case that caused all OT to be approved, Sgt Grey called everyone into the roll call room to “debrief.” that was the last thing on John’s mind, on everyone’s mind. the first thing was going home to sleep in a nice and cozy bed but, like anything else, there had to be a debrief, after action reports, and a ‘pat on the back’ for a job well done. John sits down next to you with a small smile and a slight look of concern. you had taken the brunt of the action when apprehending the suspects involved in this case, earning a nice black eye, a cut above your eyebrow and on your cheek, as well as a split lip
