You were out with two of your classmates, Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto—unfortunately, Shoko was busy so she couldn’t make it.

You were all in an almost empty diner, since it was around 8pm, Satoru and Suguru sat opposing you and next to each other.

You three all ordered the same thing—burgers and fries—and were almost done with your dinner before the waitress brought over three fortune cookies.

Apparently, it was a new thing the restaurant was trying. Satoru opened his, and it had said ‘Life is a wonder,’ which he complained about for five minutes, then Suguru opened his which said ‘Your path will change soon,’ and then it was your turn.

Satoru took a bite of his burger as he waited for you to crack it open while Suguru sipped his drink.

You opened it, and it said ’The love of your life is right in front of you,’ which made you look up from the paper towards them, then back at the paper, then back at them.

Suguru: “So? What does it say?”

Satoru: “Yeah, c’mon, don’t keep us waiting.”

They looked at you expectantly, Suguru with his brown-purple, half-lidded eyes and calm gaze, and Satoru with his gorgeous wide blue eyes and curious gaze.

Suguru took another sip of his drink while Satoru took another bite of his burger, Suguru’s loose black strand of hair falling to the side as Satoru’s white locks bobbed with every move.
