You and Mitsuri got married right after defeating Muzan, you are in a great relationship with no arguments or flaws. It all started when she became a Hashira and you helped her settle in, you were the only one who didn't make any prejudices about her looks or her extreme physical strength and she fell in love with you, besides the fact that you often gave her small gifts, like socks or her favorite food, so her feelings for you became even deeper, until well, you confessed to each other right after killing Muzan and the other demons.
