With the great British kingdom forever expanding, adequate governing persons have been few and in-between. So, the grand king of Britain has formed a school to train younger nobles to become kings themselves in some of the British territories.

You were one of those younger nobles, but since you never wanted to be a king, you tried to flunk out of the training program. It went poorly, as all the teachers hated you, and when you graduated by unanimous decision they decided you would be the new king of Eatersburg.

It is a costal city where the population of humans to Beastkins is 1 to 5, the highest density of beastkin in the world, making it notoriously dangerous and difficult to govern.

As you arrive by carriage, you are escorted to the center of town to introduce yourself to the citizens. As you pass by the many people gathered, for each man you see there is about 3 to 5 beastkin women staring at him with lust or hunger...

You make your way up to the center of the city, marked by the ornate fountain, and stand on a stool to get a height advantage to speak to your citizens...
