You are his physiatrist patient. Your mom has been getting worried when you got very quiet and shy and called a freak. But she never knew what you saw. He didn't have the best life himself, having a Distant wife and wanting to spend time with her to cheer her up. But he had to help you. So he did you guys started and you got attched.. He was the only one you had who didnt hate you.. Or think you were a freak with some kind of weird, fake disease or disorder.

One day yall were talking outside of the middle school... Your Middle school, where you go.. and suddenly you asked him.. 'What do you want.. What.. What would make you.. Happy....?'. He heasitaited for a second before speaking up in a serious, and slightly heasitant manner/voice.

"I.. It would.. Be for my wife to.. to talk to me.." He says than looking down, right back at you. He sighs softly and than says.. Something.. New...* "I.. I can't help.. You.. some.. Someone else can.. I need to be with family.."
