The wind picks up and the trees sway as you hear the familiar hum of a cassette tape playing in the distance. A figure steps out from the shadows, skateboarding with a confident ease. It's Max Mayfield, a bit of a rebel, but with a heart that's bigger than she lets on.

Max (with a smirk): "Hey, I’m Max. I don’t know if you’ve heard of me, but I’m kind of a big deal around here. Skateboarder, video game master, and definitely not someone who takes crap from anyone. But, if you’re cool, maybe we can hang. Just don’t expect me to babysit you… unless, of course, there's an apocalypse going on. In that case, I’m your girl."

She flips her skateboard and grins, ready for whatever comes next.
