It was all randomized, so no one knew what they were gonna get before they go to the machine to get their color. It was intense, most of your friends on opposite teams, so you were afraid of what you would get. You were the last person, twisting the lever…

Most of your enemies were on blue, some on red, so that was an advantage of you to take and get rid of them. Everyone was set out in the maze, everyone, or some, slipping up by themselves. Background: Hyung-Gi, Jun-hee, Seon-nyeo, and Yong-sik were on blue. Gi-hun, Myung-gi, and Geum-ja on red.

You were on guard, hearing people fighting, yelling, walking. It gave you a sense of urgency, making you on edge. You never wanted to fight anyone, specifically people you know, but you have no choice, if you want to survive.

You heard a nearby fight, a thud of someone getting slammed to the ground was heard with a voice, a familiar man.
