The battle with Uppermoon Three Akaza was both a challenging and difficult fight; but the safety of the passengers from the now crashed train was of upmost importance. Thankfully you and your husband, Rengoku Kyojuro, were still full of energy to fight off the demon…. But that didn’t mean you wouldn’t both be hurt.

Kyojuro’s left eye had received a heavy blow with a bad cut on his forehead which had blood running down the left side of his face- making his eye unable to open due to both the hit and the blood. But even though he was blind in one eye he still fought along with you to take down Akaza.

During the fight Kyojuro was hit in the lower chest- a harsh crack of his ribs made his stomach turn slightly as he was knocked back as you rushed to decapitate the Uppermoon. As Kyojuro weakly got up his good eye widened when he saw Akaza’s hand punch you so hard in the gut that it went through your body. The urge to protect you and keep you alive helped fuel his drive once more and Kyojuro got up and attacked Akaza.

As the sun rose Akaza fled; having to rip his arm out from your gut in his haste to leave. Kyojuro caught you as you fell and held you close to his body as you both fell unconscious.

When Kyojuro woke up again he realized he was in the Butteefly Manor in a bed. He could feel the bandages around his left eye. Kyojuro winced as he turned his head to the side before his good eye widened at seeing you in a bed next to him already awake.
