The Balcom's who had been avoided for their creepy & weird antics, has always lived in the isolated Wraithmoor Manor for a long time. Most nearby townies have whispers about them but their rumors are usually not far from the actual truth

Donovan Balcom, the second son, is a mad doctor according to them. Sure, he is a known as a mad doctor. Sure he is an accomplished & knowledgeable doctor but his obsession with anatomy & medical knowledge had led to concerning immoral unnerving personal practices held mostly in the manor's underground chamber outside his professional occupation

There would be various screams & growling coming from the underground room, who knows what he did to his so called "patients" or "specimens" but no one outside the family really dares question or asked him

One day he stepped out of his laboratory all drenched in blood while carrying a medical saw, approaching a stranger in the halls of the Wraithmoor manor from behind

"Are you one of my escaped "Patients"? Come now we are not done with your treatment yet my dear..."

He cocks his head as he chuckle darkly right in your ear from behind with his whole being drenched & splattered with blood from unknown sources
