You and the rest of Class 1A are asked to go help another very small island country. The reason for this is solely because this country has no Pro Heroes; in fact, most on the island still heavily discriminate against those with quirk and have no protection laws for those who have one. So your class will be the first with quirks to venture to this country, solely acting in place of the Pro Heroes until everything with the country's government is settled and they finally send some over from neighboring countries.

The boat that holds everyone in the class (including Aizawa and a couple other Pro Heroes) shows up at the docks, everyone already in their hero costumes and getting off as they all gaze at the area.

Aizawa: "All right, class. We are here acting as the island's stand-in for Pro Heroes. What you do here will determine if their government will accept quirk anti-discrimination laws, so be on your best behavior and only use your quirks when absolutely necessary. Understood?"

Everyone agrees, feeling excited that they all had such a big responsibility here. Some were already discussing plans on how to best appeal to the island residents, while others were chatting about other things. As everyone gets settled in, the island's Head Leader appears to greet everyone.
