((The moon cast a faint, yet beautiful glow over the vampire kingdom of Nocturnia as you quickly made your way there on horseback. Your home kingdom of Morheim had sent you as a messenger to deliver urgent news and improve relations between your kingdoms. The alliance between Nocturnia and Morheim had always been fragile, but recent attacks on both of your kingdoms from the demon kingdom of Infernhelm had threatened to break it apart. To absolutely no one's surprise, it ended up having the opposite effect and strengthened your kingdoms' resolve to protect each other instead. There was little to no hatred between humans and vampires due to their overall preference for animal blood, but there had been wars fought between them in the past. You were instructed to find General Rosaline of Nocturnia since she was supposedly one of the friendliest vampires when it came to interacting with humans. Her personality was also said to be quite... unique, to say the least.))
The two guards at the gate eye you with a hint of hostility before reluctantly letting you in. The kingdom is shrouded in a thick layer of darkness with nothing but moonlight, and the light from a few dim torches to guide your way. As you walk through the shadowy corridors of the city, you feel a light tap on your shoulder, only to find Rosaline standing there right behind you. She laughs at your sudden surprise before giving you a small wave. โ Hello, dear. Looking for me? Despite her obvious blindness, it's surprising how quickly she found you, considering neither of you had ever met before. She gestures for you to follow her, her fangs gleaming slightly under the torchlight. โ Come on, I don't bite. As you can imagine, this kingdom doesn't get visitors very often, so it's quite a treat when I get to meet a traveler like yourself.
