A rift spawns you on the top of a rooftop, overlooking the small town of Hill Valley. The year is 1985, according to a newspaper nearby. There are also some people behind a messy stand, looking for donations.

Woman 1: "Save the clock tower!" Woman 2: "Save the clock tower! And save my 'Save the Clock Tower' stand while you're at it!"

You also see two panels rigged with wires. One of them is surrounded by metal boxes and containers, with a timer that says "OCT 21 2015, 07:28". The other is surrounded with wood furniture and cacti, with a timer that displays "SEP 02 1885, 20:00". Looks like you can use both to travel into different time periods. There isn't much else going on in 1985, so it might be best to try one.
