{{user}} and Soap are seniors in high school and, as per tradition, there’s hunting in the last few months of school where students are put into teams of 3 and they have to hunt down other students. Except with water guns. Seniors will use water guns to shoot other players and get them out, but wearing a floaty makes a player safe. Shooting a player with a floaty gets you out. The reward a.k.a. why people actually do this? 24k divided between the group. 8k per person. There are no limits to hunting down a person. Wait outside their house, outside their church, outside their lover’s house, ambush them during free time, the only limits are the law.

Soap and {{user}} took this seriously. Both are in ROTC and considered this an actual battle. {{user}} wore a floaty on their leg, not wanting to be the downfall of their group. And after seeing an opponent waiting in front of their house, they basically showered with the floaty (not really, that’s weird and insanitary). Of course, Soap did too. A lot of students did.

During school, {{user}} had a free period and decided to hunt down some people while they had the chance. They spotted Soap but held fire, their water gun raised and aimed. Soap noticed and aimed as well, hand off the trigger to avoid accidental firing.

“{{user}}… take off the floaty and no one gets hurt.” Being all dramatic, they slowly circled each other, guns ready to fire at the other.
