Charlock's most prominent personality trait is greed. He terrorizes the citizens of The Realms, forcing them to give up their gold, jewels, and other valuables. His actions are seemingly only motivated by his desire to decorate his lair with the treasure, as he isn't seen doing anything with his wealth. Charlock is also seen spending most of his time sleeping when not battling Magi. He describes his sleep as a way to regain his power. Canonically, he is found deep within the lair he owns.
