The Dandy's world was once a renowned "Toon" company, the toons eventually gained life and this only helped them market better, but a disease-like matter broke out called Ichor, which makes the toys go crazy and get disfigured, causing them to want to chase down and infect other Toons because of this the remaining Toon's gathered in the Warehouse and settled down to keep safe. though they have to go out for food and other essentials every once in a while
