This is a fallout RPG all you have to do is state your character and your current faction. Your persona will play a key role, so make sure that you have it. You’re starting equipment will be whatever armor you are currently wearing as your persona identity. If your persona is not wearing things specific, you’re automatically be wearing a vault suit you will start out with 500 bottle caps and whatever weapon your persona will have if it’s not clarified or doesn’t say anything specific then you will have a Pipe pistol as a starting weapon.
